6. Once a transaction has been confirmed by JACKPOTTIPS, changes will not normally be permitted.
7. JACKPOTTIPS does not accept any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which lead to obvious picks errors. In such cases picks will be accepted at the correct final picks before the commencement of the event in question.
8. JACKPOTTIPS reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any such changes will be binding and effective immediately.
9. JACKPOTTIPS bares NO responsibility for any loss or damage of members who make use of provided information for any kind of gambling activity. JACKPOTTIPS.com doesn't encourage betting or any illegal activities.
10. Subscription fee paid to JACKPOTTIPS will not be returned regardsless the result of the tips. However, credits will be return to members if the tips is inaccurate(draw/lose).
